Kiddo Joy Return & Refund Policy

At Kiddo Joy, we want you and your little ones to be thrilled with every purchase! If something isn't quite right, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund guidelines below.

7-Day Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your toy must be in the exact same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn, unused, and undamaged.

  • In its original, unopened packaging with all tags, instructions, and parts included.

  • Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on toys that have been opened, assembled, or played with unless they arrived defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the toy is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

How to Start a Return

Please include your Order Number and a brief reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The Refund Process (For Cash on Delivery)

Because we operate primarily on Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds cannot be issued in cash by the courier. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be transferred directly to you within 3-5 business days via:

  • Bank Transfer (IBFT)

  • EasyPaisa

  • JazzCash

Our support team will request your preferred account details once the return is cleared.

Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item simply because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying the return courier shipping costs. If the item arrived damaged or defective, Kiddo Joy will cover the return shipping costs.
