Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification via email or WhatsApp when your order has shipped.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification

For all COD orders, our team may reach out via WhatsApp or phone call to verify your order details and delivery address before dispatching the package. Unverified orders or unreachable contacts may result in a delay or cancellation of the shipment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number on our courier partner’s website to check the live status of your delivery.

Damages and Lost Packages

Kiddo Joy is committed to ensuring your toys arrive in perfect condition. If you receive your order damaged, please refuse the parcel at the time of delivery or contact our support team within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged packaging and item. We will arrange a replacement for you immediately.
